How It Works

Document generation in Skopx uses three specialized agents:

The Document Agent

The Document Agent handles general-purpose document creation: proposals, reports, plans, memos, and any structured content. Users provide source material (files, pasted text, or a topic), select an output type, and the agent produces a complete document in the artifact panel.

Output types include:

• Test Plan: Overview, strategy, test cases, environment setup, entry/exit criteria
• Tech Spec: Architecture, design decisions, API contracts, data models
• Business Plan: Executive summary, market analysis, financial projections
• Marketing Plan: SWOT analysis, audience targeting, campaign calendar
• Requirements Doc: User stories, functional requirements (MoSCoW prioritized)
• Project Plan: Objectives, phases, WBS, timeline, risk register
• Summary: TL;DR, key points, action items

The QA Agent

The QA Agent specializes in testing artifacts. Users upload screenshots, paste requirements, or describe features, then select a test type:

• Functional testing: Verify features behave as specified
• Regression testing: Confirm prior behavior still works
• Accessibility (508/WCAG): Screen reader, keyboard, contrast compliance
• Security testing: Auth, input validation, data protection
• Performance testing: Response time, throughput, resource usage
• And 7 more types

The CliffsNotes Agent

The CliffsNotes Agent produces study materials from any source: books, articles, lectures, or topics. Modes include Quick Summary, Chapter Breakdown, Flashcards, Practice Quiz, Key Themes, Character Map, Critical Analysis, and Cheat Sheet. Level and audience adjustments ensure the output matches the reader (Elementary through Graduate, Student through Researcher).

The Preview Panel

All generated documents stream into a right-side preview panel with:

• Read view: Clean markdown rendering
• Word preview: Rendered .docx preview using the docx-preview library
• Copy: One-click copy of the full markdown
• Download: Markdown (.md), Word (.docx), or CSV

The panel slides in from the right with a smooth animation and works on both desktop and mobile.

Why Not Just Use ChatGPT?

The difference is data. When you ask Skopx to generate a weekly report, it queries your actual Jira tickets, your real GitHub commits, your live Slack conversations, and your production database. The report contains real numbers from real sources.

Document generation is available in every Skopx chat. Click the + Agents button and select Document Agent, QA Agent, or CliffsNotes Agent. Or simply describe what you need in the chat, and the AI will generate it inline with a "Preview and Download Document" button.
