Your code and repositories remain your property. We do not claim ownership over any content you analyze using our Service.

8. Payment Terms

For paid subscriptions:

  • Billing is processed monthly or annually
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKOPX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skopx and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
