Solo includes 500,000 AI tokens each month, and every Team seat adds 2.3 million to your team wallet, fixed monthly amounts with zero markup. Tokens are counted across input and output at Claude list rates; long answers draw tokens faster than reading context does. They power chat, agents, and daily briefings with no API key needed. If they run out, add more from Settings > Billing, wait for the reset next cycle, or add your own key for unlimited usage at cost. Included tokens reset monthly; purchased tokens roll over.
Go to Settings > API Keys and paste your Anthropic API key (for chat and agents) and optionally your OpenAI key (for image and audio generation). On any plan your key takes over whenever your included usage runs out. You see exactly what you spend in each provider dashboard. We never store, share, or mark up your key usage.
