How to Connect Notion to Skopx: Complete Integration Guide

Step-by-step guide to connecting Notion with Skopx for page search, content management, and knowledge base analytics. Set up in under 60 seconds.

Prerequisites

  • A Skopx account (sign up free)
  • A Notion account with the data you want to analyze
  • Your Anthropic API key (for AI-powered queries)

Step 1: Navigate to Integrations

Log in to your Skopx dashboard and click Integrations in the left sidebar. You will see all available integrations organized by category.

Step 2: Find Notion

Search for "Notion" in the search bar or browse the categories. Click the Connect button on the Notion card.

Step 3: Authorize Access

A popup window will appear asking you to authorize Skopx to access your Notion account. Review the permissions and click Allow. The connection is established in under 10 seconds.

Step 4: Start Querying

Once connected, go to any chat and start asking questions about your Notion data. For example:

  • "Show me my recent Notion activity"
  • "Summarize what happened in Notion this week"
  • "Send a message via Notion"

What You Can Do With Notion Connected

With Notion integrated into Skopx, you can:

  • Search: Find specific items, messages, or records across your Notion workspace
  • Analyze: Get AI-powered insights on your Notion usage patterns and data
  • Automate: Take actions in Notion directly from the Skopx chat (send messages, create items, update records)
  • Report: Include Notion data in AI-generated reports and documents

Security

Your Notion connection uses encrypted OAuth tokens stored in Composio's secure vault. Skopx never sees your raw credentials. The connection can be revoked at any time from the Connections page.

Troubleshooting

If the connection fails, try:

  1. Ensure you are logged into the correct Notion account
  2. Check that popup windows are not blocked by your browser
  3. Try disconnecting and reconnecting from the Connections page
  4. Contact support@skopx.com if the issue persists
