Which social platforms are supported?
LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, Reddit, and Instagram. Each platform is connected through Skopx Integrations using Composio. You can select which platforms to post to in your brand profile.
How does brand voice matching work?
You set your brand voice (professional, casual, formal, witty, authoritative, friendly) and tone (informative, entertaining, inspirational, educational, promotional, thought leadership). These settings are embedded in the AI prompt for every post, ensuring consistency across all platforms and over time.
What does "website-aware content" mean?
When you add your website URL, Skopx crawls it and extracts key content (products, services, messaging, blog posts). This context is included when generating social posts, so the AI references your actual business rather than writing generic content.
Can I review posts before they go live?
Yes. All generated posts are visible in the Social tab with their status (pending, ready, publishing, published, failed). You can cancel any post before it publishes. For full review-before-publish workflows, this feature is on the roadmap.
How much does it cost?
Social Autopilot uses Claude Haiku for content generation at $0.001 to $0.003 per post through your own API key. At 5 posts per day, that is roughly $0.15 to $0.45 per month in AI costs. Skopx charges nothing extra beyond the $16/seat platform fee.
What happens if a post fails to publish?
Failed posts are marked with the error message and retried on the next scheduler cycle (every 15 minutes). Common failures include expired auth tokens (reconnect in Integrations) or platform rate limits (the scheduler backs off automatically).
Can I use this for multiple brands or clients?
Currently, each user has one brand profile. Multi-brand support for agencies is on the roadmap. In the meantime, separate Skopx accounts can manage separate brands under the same organization.
