Four things a business buyer should be able to do on your storefront before it is worth launching. Looks matter less than whether the buyer can finish the job they came to do.

For manufacturers and distributors:

  1. Browse the catalogue, with products grouped in categories so a buyer finds the right item without calling you.
  2. Send an enquiry or RFQ, so a buyer with a custom or bulk requirement has somewhere to put it.
  3. Receive a quotation, so the answer comes back as a proper document, not a chat message.
  4. Place an order, so an approved quote becomes a sales order without anyone retyping it.

If any of these is missing, buyers fall back to phone calls, email threads and spreadsheets, and the storefront becomes a brochure.

Bloom Biz App covers this path on a white-label storefront, from catalogue and inquiry through quotation and order, and continues into dispatch and invoicing in the same place.
