Creating Reports

Skopx can generate full documents from your connected data. Instead of copying numbers into a spreadsheet, just ask for a report.

How to Generate a Report

  1. In the AI chat, describe what you need. For example:

- "Generate a weekly engineering report with PR stats, bug counts, and deployment frequency." - "Create a sales summary for Q1 with revenue by region and top deals." - "Write a monthly customer health report covering support tickets and NPS scores."

  1. Skopx will query your data sources, compile the results, and format them into a structured document.
  1. Once the report is generated, click Export to download it as Word, PDF, or Excel.

What You Can Generate

  • Status reports. Weekly or monthly updates pulling from Jira, GitHub, and Slack.
  • Sales summaries. Revenue breakdowns from your CRM and billing tools.
  • Customer health reports. Support ticket trends, usage data, and satisfaction scores.
  • Executive briefings. High-level overviews combining data from multiple sources.
  • Custom proposals. Data-backed documents with charts and tables.

Customizing Output

You can control the format by being specific in your request:

  • "Include a chart showing the trend."
  • "Format this as a table with columns for name, revenue, and growth."
  • "Keep it to one page."
  • "Add section headers for each region."

Tips

  • The more specific your request, the better the output.
  • You can iterate: "Add a section on customer churn" or "Remove the Slack section."
  • Reports use live data from your connected sources, so they are always current.
